At Bargain Balloons, we want your celebrations to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused, flat balloons in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center at the address provided in your authorization email.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
