How long will my balloons stay inflated?
Standard latex balloons typically last 12 to 24 hours when filled with helium, while foil/mylar balloons can stay afloat for 5 to 7 days. Factors such as temperature and humidity can affect float times.
Do you ship balloons inflated or deflated?
All balloons are shipped flat and deflated. This allows us to offer bargain pricing and prevent damage during transit. You can have them inflated at local party stores or purchase a DIY helium tank.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, ranging from 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery.
Are your balloons biodegradable?
Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex and are biodegradable. However, foil balloons are not biodegradable and should be disposed of properly or reused.
What should I do if my balloons arrive damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
