Instructions for Use:

1. Gather materials: latex balloon, confetti, stuffing tool, balloon treatment, and helium.
2. Weigh the confetti (6-12 grams recommended) and add it to Part A (Stock Bucket) of the tool.
3. Hand-tighten Part A (Stock Bucket) to Part B.
4. Ensure Part E is open before inflating the balloon. Inflate the balloon to approximately 2/3 full.
5. Pump balloon treatment deep inside the latex balloon to spread it evenly.
6. Place the balloon over Part C of the confetti tool, ensuring Part A is facing down.
7. Close Part E (Red Switch) to secure the confetti inside the balloon.
8. Shake and rotate the balloon gently to distribute the confetti evenly.
